The iconic boy band New Kids On The Block (NKOTB) is gearing up for a major milestone in their career: their very first Las Vegas residency. Titled The Right Stuff, a nod to their 1988 mega-hit, the show will take place at the Dolby Live Theater at Park MGM. The residency will be held in two parts: the first set of performances will run from June 20 to July 5, 2025, and the second set from November 1 to 15, 2025.
It promises to be an unforgettable experience for all Blockheads. The NKOTB members—Donnie Wahlberg, Joey McIntyre, Jordan and Jonathan Knight, and Danny Wood—have designed a spectacular show specifically for Las Vegas. Wahlberg expressed their excitement by stating, “We want to seize this opportunity to elevate our performance and interaction with fans to new heights. Las Vegas will never be the same after the Blockheads come through!”
The residency follows the success of their Magic Summer Tour 2024, which sold out venues across the U.S. and Canada. 2024 was a busy year for the band, as they also released their first studio album in 11 years, Still Kids, in May. This album is considered their most mature and enjoyable work yet, blending nostalgic elements with explorations of new musical territories.
The Las Vegas residency announcement was celebrated with a special fan event on the Las Vegas Strip, where the group rode through the city on a double-decker bus, with mobile billboards promoting their show displayed along the Strip. Tickets will go on sale starting September 27, 2024, with exclusive VIP packages and meet-and-greet upgrades available for fans looking for the ultimate NKOTB experience.
Mark your calendars and get ready for a spectacle full of hits and surprises!
